Our knee support is designed to provide adjustable support during everyday movement and activities such as walking, hiking, exercising, using stairs, and moving on downhill or uneven terrain.
It's made for anyone looking for additional knee support while staying active, whether you're hiking a trail, walking around town, exercising, or simply going about your day.
Most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe of 6-12 days, although delivery times can vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
We're currently working on adding tracking to all orders — for now, we'll email you directly with shipping and delivery updates so you're not left wondering where your package is.
Wrong size, defective, or damaged? We'll send a free replacement or full refund — no need to return it, just email info@chipaki.org with a photo within 7 days. Not happy with it for another reason? Contact us anytime within 60 days of delivery, and we'll refund you 60% of your purchase. Keep the item; no return necessary.
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. Orders ship quickly, so time is of the essence.
